Thanks. Graham Glover R/O.
What a great site. What fantastic memories i have of MV Baron Pentland in the late '70s. I was the cadet but stupidly resigned after only one 7 month trip however, I have not forgotten the characters i met. Tommy Robson, Nick Wilson, Capt Walker and my mate at the time Mike Coward. I even went ot visit him at his home in Barrow on Furness. I hope you all are healthy and fine.
Great site. Didnt sail with SSM but in june 1972 my ship Antrim was berthed behind Baron Renfrew in Brisbane. We sighned on EDH M. LEWIS as B.R.apparantly had some problems which i cant remember.Maybe engine? Can anyone tell me what these were and how long she was in Brisbane for.
