Hi, Enjoyed looking at the site especially the old ships and what has happened to them.I was an engineer cadet between 1979 - 1983 .I was on the Ortegal , Trafalger and Belhaven before I left in late '83 after I was made up to Junior Engineer.I am currently working on an F.P.S.O. in the north sea called the Hawene Brim for bluewater as an Mechanical Technician. It would be great to hear from anyone whom I sailed with and remembers me.I have some great memories and still some photo's ! of my trips deepsea with S.S.M. Regards Bob
Glad to see you made it to the top. I have never forgotten my visit to Dublin, and please pass on my regards to your Mum, and Aislyn who I never met but would have liked to.
